2013 Seagull Calling Contest

The 25^th edition of the Annual Seagull Calling Event highlights a loaded lineup of Memorial Day weekend festivities at the Port Orchard Waterfront.  While local culinary experts will be judged on the taste and texture of their “Seagull” wing recipes in a separate Wing Cook-off, hundreds of contestants will prepare to mimic the call of the pesky shore bird.  The events are part of the Kitsap Harbor Festival and presented by the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce.
